<td colspan="3"><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: x-small;">Since its founding in 1984, Ramona Trails Association has been actively involved in the planning of the community of Ramona, California, in San Diego County. RTA is a non-profit 501(c)3 community service corporation, staffed entirely of volunteers and financed by membership dues, fund raising events and donations</span>.<span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: x-small;">Its mission has been to retain access to and maintain existing non-motorized, multi-use trails in this rural area as well as actively encouraging new trail development on both public and private lands. RTA&#8217;s members work closely with Federal, State and local government agencies as well as numerous other volunteer organizations such as </span><a href="http://www.bchc.com/index.html"><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: x-small;">Backcountry Horsemen of California</span></a><a href="http://www.members.cox.net/mulemamma/BCHCSD1"><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: x-small;">San Diego Unit</span></a><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: x-small;"> and </span><a href="http://www.granitehillsdesign.com/cds/"><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: x-small;">Caballeros del Sol Unit</span></a><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: x-small;">, </span><a href="http://www.sdctc.com/"><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: x-small;">San Diego County Trails Council</span></a><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: x-small;"> and </span><a href="http://www.sdrp.org/"><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: x-small;">San Dieguito River Park</span></a><span style="font-family: Arial Black; font-size: x-small;">. Recreational trails provide for a significant part of the outdoor activities available in Southern California, especially as individuals recognize the value to their own physical and emotional well-being. Ramona Trails Association enthusiastically dedicates itself to this cause and welcomes new members and benefactors</span></td>
